Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your booking, you will receive a 50% refund if the cancellation is made within the specified time frame outlined in our terms and conditions. All bookings must be canceled by 5:00pm each Thursday, at the close of business for the week following the time of booking. This ensures you have one week to cancel your trip.

Please note that cancellations made after the stipulated time frame will not be eligible for a refund.

Missed Ride Policy:

If you miss your scheduled ride for any reason, no refund will be issued. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but our policy is designed to ensure fairness and the smooth operation of our services.

Exclusive Partnership with Doing Time Transportation:

Doing Time Transportation exclusively partners with Doing Time Transportation for shuttle services. Therefore, our return policy applies specifically to services provided by Doing Time Transportation.

We do not accept responsibility for cancellations or missed rides related to services not provided by Doing Time Transportation.

Payment Methods:

We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, and cash app. Please ensure that your preferred payment method is valid and has sufficient funds at the time of booking.

Refund Processing:

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the original payment method used for the booking.

Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.

By booking our shuttle services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of our return policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide you with the best transportation experience possible.

Prohibited Items:

Our commitment to a safe and enjoyable experience extends to our return policy. In the event that a user is found in possession of drugs, alcohol, drug paraphernalia, or weapons of any kind during the use of our services, the ride will be promptly terminated, and all monetary transactions will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with these guidelines, which contribute to a secure and positive environment for all our users.

Lock Down Policy:

If the facility you intended to visit undergoes a lockdown before your scheduled trip, Doing Time Transportation will promptly notify you. You’ll then have the opportunity to reschedule your trip to the same facility within a two-week period from your original date and time. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in no refund of your original seat purchase.

Please be aware that if you reschedule your trip and gain entry to the facility, but a lockdown occurs during your visitation, resulting in your removal from the facility by the authorities in charge, no refund will be provided. Additionally, if a lockdown occurs while en route to the facility and you are subsequently denied entry upon arrival, you will be returned to your original starting point without refund. If you wish to proceed with your visit despite these circumstances and all policies and procedures have been met by Doing Time Transportation, you will need to purchase a new trip for your next visitation.
